• Prevention, control and delivery of penal and administrative sanctions against law-breaking: trading premises
(shops, hotels, restaurants, fuelling stations, etc.), builders, entertainment industry
• Law-enforcement activities and control on immigration, unsured work and black-market issues
• Staff recruitment, training and HR operative and military management
• Planning and Management of road law-enforcement activities (including management of road interceptors and
patrols, speed cameras, penalties proceedings, etc.)
• Project Management on planning road signs and implementing road and traffic laws
• Within the Police office, planning and management of allocated budget, call for tenders, accounting,
counsulting, buying and supplying
Main duties related to Traders licences and Court and Civil Injuctions:
• Authorization and licence releases for traders and entertainers
• Legal and safety advice and authorization release to the Town Council and the private citizens on setting up
advertising posters, road signs, public land allocation
• Staff and activities management related to civil and court injuctions
Temporary sub-appointments:
• 1999 – 2008: Member of the Town Council delegation committee for dealing with the trade unions on work
matters and contracts
• 2001 – 2008: Member of selection and recruitment panels out Scansano Police office (within Scansano Town
Council for different departments, or outside Scansano for other Local Police forces)
• 2002: Member of the Town Council committee for the local-authority houses' allocation and control
